This March, the ISBM College of Engineering transforms into a constellation of talent, innovation, and celebration with its much-anticipated cultural festival, Orion 2024. Set to unfold over a vibrant weekend from March 1st to 3rd, Orion invites students from various colleges to connect, compete, and celebrate in a grand showcase of talents and interests With esteemed sponsors like Collab Junction, Inside FPV, and Campus Times fueling our vision, this year’s Orion is all set to be a landmark event in Pune’s collegiate calendar.
Orion 2024 curates a kaleidoscope of cultural and technical events designed to ignite the spark of creativity and camaraderie among participants. From the melodious showdown in “Nirvana” to the rhythmic battles of “Nrityangan”, the festival is a celebration of artistic expression. “King of Good Times” promises a glamorous ramp walk, while “Dum Sharaj” will bring stories to life through drama. Aspiring Picassos can highlight their artistry in our Sketching/Painting competition, and voices of the unheard will resonate in our Open Mic sessions. The festival also gears up for adrenaline-pumping excitement with a Bike Show, among many other events.
Orion does not just stop at cultural marvels; it pushes boundaries with its technical events. “Big Shot” invites future entrepreneurs to pitch their visionary ideas in a Shark Tank-inspired event. “Firmware Rebels” will see tech enthusiasts hacking solutions in a thrilling Hackathon,
and “Clash of Diplomats” will evaluate the mettle of debaters in a war of words and wit.
The crescendo of Orion 2024 reaches its peak with a concert night on March 3rd at the Royal Lawns, Pimple Gurav, Pimpri, Pune, featuring none other than Raj Barman Live. For the first time in Pune, experience the romantic and vibrant melodies of Raj Barman, promising an unforgettable closure to the festival.
