TEDxFLAME University 2026 Announces Early Bird Tickets with a Power Packed Speaker Line Up
TEDxFLAME University is all set to return to campus on 10th January 2026, bringing with it a compelling new theme — “Compass: Notion of a Calling.” With the early bird ticket window now open, the speaker line up has officially been unveiled, featuring some of India’s most influential voices across leadership, cinema, social impact, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
This year’s theme explores the idea of purpose as an internal compass, an invisible force that guides individuals through uncertainty, ambition, and change. The 2026 edition aims to encourage students and young professionals to reflect on what truly drives them and how they can translate purpose into action.
A Diverse and Impact Driven Speaker Line Up
The speaker roster for TEDxFLAME University 2026 brings together leaders from varied disciplines, each reflecting the spirit of the theme in their own distinctive journey:
● Mr. Narendra Goidani, Founder of Life School and advisor to TEDxPune, is a renowned life coach, business mentor, and author with over 26 years of experience in motivational training. Through his “Keep Moving Movement,” he empowers over 15,000 children annually with essential life skills and personal growth tools.
● Mr. Rajesh Mapuskar, National Award–winning filmmaker and director, is best known for films like Ferrari Ki Sawaari and Ventilator, the latter earning him the National Film Award for Best Director. With contributions to iconic films such as 3 Idiots, PK, and Lage Raho Munna Bhai, he brings a powerful storytelling perspective to the TEDx stage.
● Ms. Anusha Attree, social entrepreneur and youth leader, is the founder of Warriors Without Cause and Girl Up Adira. A REX Karmaveer Global Youth Fellow, she has led large scale initiatives in healthcare, education, gender equality, and youth leadership across India, collaborating with UN bodies and government institutions.
● Ms. Anu Aga, Padma Shri awardee and former Chairperson of Thermax, is also a former Member of the Rajya Sabha and Chairperson of Teach For India. Widely respected for her ethical leadership and commitment to educational equity, she represents the intersection of business, governance, and social responsibility.
● Dr. Uma Ganesh, co founder of 5F World, Skills Alpha, GTT Foundation, and GTT Pvt. Ltd., is a leading figure in skills development and education technology. With over three decades of experience and an impact on more than 1.2 million youth and women, she is a strong advocate for industry academia collaboration and women’s empowerment.
● Mr. Krishnan Komandur, CEO of the Adar Poonawalla Clean City Initiative (APCCI), leads large scale urban transformation and sustainability projects across Indian cities. With over 30 years of experience in waste management and ESG innovation, he champions dignity driven systems and citizen participation in public health.
Together, this line up reflects a rich blend of cinema, corporate leadership, youth advocacy, education reform, sustainability, and personal growth, promising a multidimensional TEDx experience for the audience.
Student Led Vision and Early Bird Buzz
The 2026 edition is being spearheaded by student organisers Adhyaa Malik and Nandini Bhinde, who aim to create a platform where student voices intersect with national and global changemakers.
Nandini shared, “It was another sleepless night for the team, but the outcome reminded us why TEDx is always worth it. Months of thoughtful planning and steady behind the scenes coordination shaped the seamless experience everyone witnessed. And with the biggest day still ahead, we’re eagerly looking forward to 10th January.”
