AIT Pune : After a hiatus of several years, the legacy of AIT Talks officially returned to the Manekshaw Hall on April 16th, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
The energy was palpable as students, faculty, and special guests packed the auditorium, stepping away from the daily grind of lectures and lab submissions to engage in a much-needed conversation about unconventional careers, resilience, and the power of taking calculated risks.
The Keynote: "It's True If You Believe"
Our inaugural guest speaker, Mr. Paritosh Anand (TEDx Speaker, Digital Entrepreneur, and Founder of WeSmile Media), delivered a keynote that left the entire room inspired.
He shared the raw, unfiltered story of his journey starting from his initial selection into the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA), to making the incredibly bold choice to drop out just 21 days into training to pursue his true passion for content creation.
Rather than a traditional academic lecture, Paritosh offered a masterclass in hustle. He broke down what it actually takes to build a digital empire from scratch and why the fear of “playing it safe” is often the biggest obstacle to success. His central message to the students was clear: your dreams, no matter how unconventional, are entirely possible if you have the unshakeable belief to back them up.
