TEDxFLAME University is back, and this year’s theme goes beyond motivation. Compass: Notion of a Calling invites all of us to pause and listen to that inner pull that has always been there in us. Sometimes quietly, fiercely, asking us to choose courage over comfort.
A Stage for Purpose and Direction
On 10 January 2026, the FLAME University Auditorium will host this edition of TEDxFLAME University. While speakers will be announced soon, the organising team has already made one thing clear. This year’s event revolves around the question that lies beneath every decision that feels meaningful. It is about the point where passion and direction cross paths. It is about trusting that the compass within us is not random; rather, it is rooted in something we care about deeply.
Where Dreams Meet Audacity
The theme takes inspiration from the force that dreams carry for all of us. Even when the path feels uncertain, the calling remains. The needle of a compass is symbolic here. Despite chaos, distraction, or doubt, the needle still knows where to point. Audacity becomes an internal affair. There is steadiness and immense surety in choosing your own true north.
Led by Passionate Student Organisers
This year’s edition is being led by two passionate student-organisers: Adhyaa Malik and Nandini Bhinde. With their shared vision for bold thinking and meaningful ideas, they are managing TEDxFLAME University to create a platform where student voices meet global inspiration. Their leadership promises an event that blends the intellectual rigor of campus with the vitality of real-world impact.
Turning Callings into Action
Through Compass, TEDxFLAME University wants its audience to not only think about what their calling might be, but also to recognise and honour it. Because calling is not only interesting. It is not only exciting. It is about commitment. It is the willingness to deliberately take the next step. The theme believes that each deliberate step has the potential to create change not only within the individual but also for the world they shape.
